Rascal Does Not Dream of Santa Claus Episode 9 will be titled “I Need You” and will tell the story of Christmas Eve, when he was supposed to stay with his girlfriend, Mai, but Sakuta dreamed of dating Himeji Sara, a student at the tutoring school where he works part-time.
Sara, who also has the same dream, tells Sakuta that she actually suffers from teenage syndrome and asks him not to try to cure her.
Sara says that after breaking up with her boyfriend, she developed the syndrome, which helped her relieve the anxiety she had been carrying alone, and that she now enjoys being popular.
