Arisunime — The Reunion Movement in Arknights emerged from the chaos of Terra’s catastrophic era, when widespread Originium exposure triggered the Oripathy pandemic and subjected the afflicted to severe prejudice. Originally envisioned as a refuge for those rejected by society, Reunion evolved from a shelter into a militant force when peaceful efforts failed to shield infected individuals from systemic oppression.
The movement was founded in the frostbitten tundra of northern Ursus by Talulah, who initially sought to protect Infected survivors from persecution. Her alliance with Patriot’s Guerrillas and FrostNova’s Yeti Squadron rapidly expanded Reunion’s influence, allowing it to incorporate Infected from across Terra. What began as a humane sanctuary soon escalated into aggressive insurgency when Talulah orchestrated the burning of an Ursine village in retaliation for atrocities committed against her people. This pivot toward violent tactics—riots, sabotage, and terror—reshaped Reunion into a radical organization branded a terrorist group by Terran governments.
Historical records date the establishment of the Reunion Movement to approximately 1090–1095 in the Arknights fictional timeline, situating its foundation amidst the turmoil following catastrophic Originium spread and heightening Oripathy cases.
As the Reunion’s leadership faltered amid internal conflict and confrontations with Rhodes Island, its initial incarnation disintegrated. Yet, the movement endured: Nine later resurrected the fractured remnants of Reunion, steering it underground to continue advocating for the Infected, this time with renewed objectives focused on aiding Infected workers in cities like Londinium.***
