
Arisunime — The upcoming TV anime adaptation of the tokusatsu-themed seinen manga, Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider, has announced its official release date, along with new information about its opening theme song.
The series will premiere in Japan on October 4, 2025. Crunchyroll is also scheduled to stream the anime.
TeddyLoid feat. Shigeru Matsuzaki, accompanied by TOPHAMHAT-KYO (FAKE TYPE.), will perform the opening theme song titled “Wanna be.”
The anime is based on the manga by Yokusaru Shibata with the same title, and the animation is produced by the animation studio LIDENFILMS.
Synopsis:
Tanzaburo Tojima, a forty-year-old man who is overly obsessed with the Kamen Rider franchise. Tojima was about to give up on his dream of becoming a hero until an unexpected encounter with a robber changed his fate forever.***
