
Arisunime – The anime My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero’s released its second main trailer, which also announced that the anime will air on October 6, 2025.
The trailer features the ending song from BONNIE PINK titled “Like Gravity”.
The anime is based on a light novel published originally on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in January 2017 and later published by Overlap with illustrations from Tozai through Overlap Bunko in November 2017, so far it has released four volumes.
The anime is produced by Sunrise studios with staff members including Nobuyoshi Habara, best known for his directorial work for FafnerOpen in this new tab of the series, will act as director. Other staff members include series composition writer Kunihiko Okada (Yowamushi PedalOpen in new tab), character designers Hirona Okada (Gundam Build Metaverse) and Kaoru Saito (Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch of MercuryOpen in new tab), soundtrack composer Satoshi Igarashi (TOKYO LOGIC), monster designer Rihiro Yamane (The Brave Express, Might Gaine), and lead animator Mitsuru Ishihara (Mega Man Battle Network).
