The previous chapter of Sakamoto Days began with Heisuke’s battle with Kumanomi and the masked assassin. Meanwhile, the sniper revealed his determination to hold off his opponents no matter what happened, while the masked assassin returned unharmed after being burned.
Just as Heisuke was surprised by his opponent’s endurance, the wrestler delivered a brutal blow to him. This also caused him to be pressed against several innocent civilians, although he barely managed to avoid it.
While Kumanomi questioned why he wouldn’t protect himself using other people’s bodies, Heisuke was satisfied because he had managed to divert their attention.
