Arisunime — The following is the synopsis of the anime Dandadan which is an adaptation of the manga of the same name, written and illustrated by Yukinobu Tatsu.

Dandadan anime synopsis
Dandadan narrates that after being aggressively rejected, Momo Ayase finds herself sulking when she meets a bullied boy.
Saved by her reckless kindness, the alien-obsessed boy tries to talk to her about his interest in space that he thinks they share. Rejecting his claim, Ayase says that she believes in ghosts instead, which starts an argument between the two.
Eventually betting on which one is right, the two decide to separately visit one of the locations associated with space and the supernatural with Ayase visiting the former and the boy visiting the latter.
When the two arrive at their respective places, it turns out that neither is right nor wrong.
This then marks the beginning of Ayase and the boy’s adventures, as they try out the surreal, supernatural, and extraterrestrial elements around them to return to a normal life.***
