Arisunime — Yano-kun no Futsuu no Hibi, also known as Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days, based on the works of Yui Tamura, will be airing from October 2025.
Additional information such as the cast, main visuals, opening song, and main promotional video have been released.
Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days is a romantic comedy about everyday life that centers on Yano-kun, a boy with extreme misfortune who comes to school covered in scars every day, and Yoshida Kiyoko, the class president who is always worried about him.
Other cast members announced are Atsumi Tanezaki as Mei, Yasuto Saka as Hashiba, Rie Takahashi as Izumi, and Ryota Iwasaki as Tanaka.
The main visual released features Yano kun, Kiyoko, Mei, Hashiba, Izumi, and Tanaka on their way home after school.
The opening song is performed by FANTASTICS with the title “POP LIFE”, Fantastics also previously performed the theme song for the live action movie version of Yano-kun’s Ordinary Days which was released in 2024.***
